Shipping policy

Era Diamante delivers to most UK post codes and addresses. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for all orders except for made to order pieces. Made to order pieces have a different timeline, of between 10-15 business days as they are custom stitched.

We email you a confirmation and tracking ID as soon as items are shipped. We do our best to ensure your clothing items are safely delivered and maintain communication with you and the shipping company throughout this process.

Note: National holidays, weekends, bank holidays and peak shipping periods may cause some delays in the estimated delivery time. If these cause an issue, we will communicate all possible delays to you immediately.
